Bali Inspectors was established to assist developers, self-builders and buyers in making non-biased, constructive and informed decisions relating to the final ‘sign-off’ and ‘hand-over’ of their property.

As an independent third party we conduct onsite technical reports for new build and existing properties to identify current and potential issues that may have arisen.

Your inspection is conducted by Certified Professional Inspectors who have received global and local training, alongside accreditations from global industry recognised associations, such as the ‘International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).

Bali Inspectors is part of a private company owned by Peter and Hayley Jensen. With strong European roots, together they manage the day-to-day operations backed by a strong local team within Bali.
